H-1B1 LABOR CONDITION NOTICE
Description
We are hiring one H-1B1 employee for the position of Editor for our location at
1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10104. The anticipated period of employment will be September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028. The salary will be between $65,000 and $75,000
per year. The labor condition application is available for public inspection in our offices at
1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10104.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
